Come to the International District Library and read out loud to registered therapy dogs. Every second and fourth Saturdays. For ages 5+.

Build reading confidence by sharing a book with a gentle, registered therapy dog at International District Library. Kids ages 5 and up can read aloud one on one with a furry listener on the second and fourth Saturdays. It is a calm, judgment free way to practice literacy skills.
What to Expect
- ·Read aloud to a patient therapy dog who loves stories.
- ·Boost reading confidence in a relaxed, supportive setting.
- ·Visit on the second or fourth Saturday of each month.
