The NHCC’s monthly Vamos! workshop series is such a gem for families – they rotate through visual arts, performances, and literary activities, all with a vibrant cultural focus. I’ve seen little ones get totally absorbed in the hands-on projects.

Before or after the workshop, step into the NHCC’s Torreón tower to see the massive 360-degree mural by artist Frederico Vigil – it’s a stunning, often-overlooked highlight of the campus.

Venue Tips

Located on the NHCC campus at 1701 4th Street SW, just south of downtown. Parking is free and plentiful in the lots near the Domenici Education Building.
