This is the monthly Happy Arte Hour at the National Hispanic Cultural Center — a super low-key adult art night where you can grab a drink, try a new craft, and just hang out. I've been, and it's perfect whether you're bringing a date, a friend, or rolling solo to meet some creative folks.
